General conditions for returning items sold by Kesanitar.com

The returning item can be done within 30 days from purchase.

The item you return must be in the same condition as you received them. 

The return is made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor), and all the documents that were sent together with the item.

The item must be returned with all its accessories (where available) and, in some cases, gifts/ bundles that were delivered together.

Items that have undergone unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of excessive use, scratches, chips, bumps, mechanical or heating shocks, and products that have missing accessories are not accepted.

In order to return an item, you have to send an email to {support@kesanitar.com}. Please use the same email and name as per order for easier identification in our database.

We’ll take over and process your request within the order of entry and during our working days.

If the return item request was sent during the weekend or legal holiday, will take over your request on the first working day.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also send you a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account later.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {support@kesanitar.com}.

Exchanges

We will replace all the items that didn’t work properly or were damaged during the dispatching. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@kesanitar.com} and send your item to Welser. 1, 41466, Neuss, Dusseldorf.

Please check your package at the delivery. The original box should be intact, without any damage or sign of inadequate storage and transportation.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
